Entry: Digital Production
Focus: eCAADe

Digital tools can support the whole design process from the early phases through to final production. They enable the project participants to gain a better understanding of ideas and issues throughout all project phases. The focus of the eCAADe 2007 conference is that of tools and methods that support the whole range of participants from laymen to specialists in communicating, planning, costing and realizing built projects in all of the architectural fields.

Focus: Social Fabrics

Social Fabrics: Wearable + Media + Interconnectivity is a time based exhibition, designed as a modified runway show, of art as wearable media and technology. Social Fabrics will demonstrate convergences between individual expression and statement making, on the one hand, and the phenomenology of "network society" on the other. Technological garments or accessories with social capabilities will be presented alongside works that, while perhaps not employing technology outright, comment or critique the implications of our digital media-infused and fashion driven lifestyles.
